INTRODUCTION
Welcome to JUICY RP! We know our rule & guidebook is a lot to read, but it is essential to participating in our server and familiarizing yourself with it is key in making sure you don't get banned. At the top left you can use the section navigation to preview the different sections and also move between them easier considering the length of this rule book.JUICY RP is very female and lgbtq+ friendly, more so than most cities. What this means is we offer protections that are unique to us and you won't find in most cities, we have a lower tolerance and higher punishment system for any type of sexism and transphobia. We can not prevent things from happening, but we can take appropriate action when it does happen and have your back in harmful situations. We do try to operate on an educate first policy, because many people are used to fivem toxicity and we do feel people can learn and grow, but that depends on the severity of the offense and have no problem flighting people who do not belong in Juicy RP.
We have a high expectation that you should be ROLEPLAYING while in our server. Every character should have a unique and well thought out backstory and every action you take should be tied into the character you create and their motivations. We highly encourage creation of multiple characters, each with their own specialties and likes, jack of all trade characters are greatly discouraged.

THE BASICS
BASIC REQUIREMENTSThe following is required as a minimum in order to even be able to play our server
01 A working microphoneBASIC DECENCY

03 Character creation, default characters are not allowed and you must create a character before engaging in any roleplay.
04 Must speak english. As a US based server we can not moderate other languages.
05 OOC communication should be kept to a minimum while in the server
06 Character names must be realistic, appropriate and should not utitlize famous or trademarked names
07 The ability and willingness to consider everyone's roleplay experience and not just your own
Here at JUICY RP we strive to create an environment and a community that promotes a welcoming experience to all members, a community that its members can be proud to say they are part of. It is for that reason we take a hard stance against certain actions against our members. Considering every single person is here to have fun and for some to use the game as escapism from real life problems "It's my character" is not a valid response towards genuinely hateful actions that harm another player's experience.
01 Absolutely no racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism or discrimination of any kindBASIC RULES
02 All players should treat others with respect. Respect also applies to the server and the staff
03 No overtly toxic behavior in the server or the discord
04 No engaging in behavior that could significantly and negatively disrupt the experience of other players. RP should not be selfish, consider the experience of the whole in your actions and if your actions make sense from a rp standpoint
05 No unnecessary provoking of other players
01 Not knowing the rules is NOT an excuse to avoid repercussions. Once joining the server, you are confirming you have read the rules and agree to abide by them.
02 Staff reserves the right to ban any person from our servers at any time if they are found to be significantly disruptive, or if we have a valid reason to think that they are here to be disruptive and not provide quality RP.
03 You are responsible for any actions of rule breaks from your account. If you share, allow or fail to secure your pc from others you still responsible and will be held accountable for the actions taken on your account
04 Donor items bought through our store are non transferable. Similarly, no asset transferring without prior rp reasoning, asset dumping is strictly unallowed and assets transferred will be wiped
05 No shooting, robbing or killing in the last and first 15 minutes of a scheduled restart
06 No referring to other servers in game
07 No bringing up server rules in game
08 There must be sufficient roleplay behind every action and even bug and dsync issues should be roleplayed out
09 No putting things in stashes or trunks 10 minutes prior to scheduled restarts, the server tends to have a rollback and you could lose your things
10 Although we are an adult community, public nudity, ERP (Erotic Roleplay) and SRP (Sex Roleplay) are not permitted in this city.
CLOTHING
You must be wearing clothing in public. Nudity is only allowed in locations where you are allowed to change clothes. Appropriate work attire must be worn while working any job. Wearing of full face masks, face paint and gloves are not allowed casually or regularly. Use requires aan active valid rp reason related to illegal activity or something else that fits the use. Similarly, if you are wearing a shiesty because it's snowing outside, you should take it off before entering a place of business. RP realism should be considered in all your clothing choices.Whitelisted clothing is clothing that people pay to put in the city or are associated with whitelisted jobs. You are not allowed to wear that clothing unless you paid for the item, were given permission by the person, are in the gang or are part of the whitelisted job. Whitelisted clothing includes the following

RP ESSENTIALS
Players breaking the rules doesn’t mean the roleplay stops, if you have an issue with the player submit a report in-game or in a ticket.
Fail RP
Purposefully destroying rp is not allowed, Examples of this are the following:
‣Using phone while dead or cuffedNitrp
‣Using radio while dead or cuffed
‣Using /me to talk while dead
‣Using emotes while dead
‣Talking OOC in an active scene
‣Spam punching
‣Communicating through the chat in the sky rather than phones and social media apps
‣Holding aim before intiation
‣Not buckling your seatbelt in a cop car if a police officer buckles your seatbelt through rp
‣Jumping off a cliff during high speed chases
‣Driving at unrealistic speeds with no character reason over and over
‣Getting up after getting tased
‣Getting back up and fighting again after getting knocked out
‣Taking another player far out in the ocean to dump their body without valid rp reason
‣Sharing of illegal locations and processes without sufficient roleplay
No intention to rp. We are a serious rp server and if you plan to play this server you must rp. Nitrp also includes refusing to interact with those attempting to rp around you and with you or actively avoiding rp situations. In this regard all players may not cut off interactions between you or another player unless an Admin says otherwise.
Combat Logging
Quitting the server during active scenes to avoid conflicts or consequences. If you have an actual crash you should be making that known via discord and returning ASAP to your last location. You will have your inventory cleared if you do so as well as receive a ban.
Powergaming:
The exploitation/use of certain scripts or in game mechanics to give you the upperhand or to help you control the narrative or outcome is not allowed. We do not support the play to win mentality in JUICY and every action should be focused on an enjoyable RP experience for all. Examples of powergaming are the following:
‣ Running into or camping a greenzone to avoid RP situations
‣Retrieving or stashing vehicles from a car garage mid-pursuit with the police
‣Holding E while someone is in the process of burying your body
‣Holding E while in an active scene with EMS or PD
‣Using server restarts, timeouts or disconnects to change the direction of an rp situation
‣The use of torture RP without the consent of both parties
‣Dropping items in areas that can not be found or searched (through walls, out of map bounds etc)
‣Placing furniture in a way that is not realistic to give some sort of advantage
‣Selling drugs on the highway, behind locked gates, on roofs, underground or in a tunnel
IRL
Do not bring IRL into game. Saying "in game" will not protect you if you say something specifically and clearly about irl. However, referencing "your mom" is not automatically considered irl and we operate that any general mention of family references in game family. The reference to irl must be specific and clear. If you bring any irl information into game yourself and it becomes in game knowledge, be aware that we may not punish for irl due to this depending on the usage. This punishment is not black and white and all pieces of context will be considered and no sit will be handled the same.
Exploiting
Exploiting will lead you to different levels of bans within the city. This includes animation exploiting, exploiting out of th and fast farming, carrying or uncarrying while dead, exploiting to run while in the crawling stage, any exploits with drugs or our character system that allow you to make money quicker. No abusing emotes, for example playing dead on the ground during a shootout and popping up to kill someone. If you come across a bug or exploit on any of our services you’re required to report it. Exploiting it and using it will result in a permanent ban and it’s your obligation to report rule-breakers as well.
NLR
We have a new life rule that lasts ten minutes and means you must forget everything, you cannot return to the place you died for ten minutes (this includes residences and places you work at) and you can not get revenge or hold a grudge from a past life situation unless the death is publicly posted on social media or you are reminded by someone who was PRESENT and lived. This only applies to if you respawn at the hospital or picked back up while flat backed by the doctor in Hawaii and does not apply to if you are picked back up by EMS while crawling
Greenzones
You are not allowed to kill, sell drugs, initiate, kidnap someone in a greenzone or carry someone out of a greenzone. Greenzones include the following locations
‣ HospitalRDM
‣ Inside All Clothing Stores
‣ Inside All Gun Stores
‣ Inside Main Car Dealership
‣ Inside all SHELL Residences (meaning residences you have to teleport into)
‣ Job Center - RP is not allowed at job center. You should only be going back there to change job and leave.
‣ Event spaces for the duration of city wide staff hosted events, unless otherwise specified.
‣ Admin zones set for the purpose of sits
‣ Occasionally peacetime is enabled and during that time no illegal activities are allowed. This includes robberies, selling drugs and any other gang activities.
RDM (random deathmatch) is killing anyone without adequate rp and it is not allowed. See initiation section for more details to avoid RDM. If someone is shooting at you without adequate rp the best thing to do is to let yourself die, clip it and report it. Revenge RDM is just as bad as regular RDM and will be punished equally or invalidate the sit depending on the circumstances.
VDM
VDM (vehicle deathmatch) intentionally and repeatedly running people over with a vehicle or repeatedly ramming into someone else's vehicle without initiation is not allowed. Also, shooting out of bulletproof cars is not allowed and this includes if your car has a bulletproof back window
NVL
NVL Stands for NOT VALUING LIFE. All players must value their characters life at all times. This means that you realistically fearing your life and attempting to avoid death out of value for your life Examples of NVL include the following:
‣ Not doing what instructed of you when at gunpoint
‣ Not prioritizing the safety of a hostages life
‣ Not realistically fearing for your life when you are threatened with weapons or severe harm from other means.
‣ Having non-spontaneous shoot outside hospital
‣ Antagonizing gangs/police or armed individuals for no character reason.
MULTIPLE CHARACTERS
We fully encourage the use of multiple characters, however there are rules for those that do utilize this
‣ You may not have multiple characters in one gang, group or profession. They should have different interests and relationships
‣ Avoid creating multiple characters involved in the same storylines and scenarios when possible
‣ Information can not be shared between characters and any knowledge gained from one character can not be known or shared to your other characters.
‣ Assets of any kind can not be transferred between your characters
STREAMER FRIENDLY
We are streamer friendly, but we have some recommendations and rules in place for that considering the adult elements in Juicy RP. We recommend that streamers do not stream character creation, inside clothing stores or inside the vanilla unicorn. Additionally if you type /streamermode in the chat it will turn off the music around you to protect against copyright. There is also a streamer mode in the settings of the phone to blur all images. NSFW images are allowed on twitter on Juicy, but not on Instagram.⁃ No TOS words & No baiting TOS words
‣ie f slur, hard r, retard, simp, virgin, incel, rape, any type of racist or homophobic language⁃ No stream sniping
⁃ No intentially targeting streamers.
⁃ No public nudity or sexual emotes outside of private residences or vanilla unicorn
HARASSMENT
Harassment is an offensive, repetitive, belittling, threatening, or otherwise unwelcome behavior directed at someone based on protected characteristics including race, religion, sex, gender identiy, sexuality, disabilities or speech impediment.⁃ Do not bring up anything IRL (This includes talking about irl family, personal issues, speech impediments, race, religion, etc.)NOTE It is important to understand the difference between the ingrained toxicity of gang rp or simply talking shit and actual harassment. If you are talking shit but then call harassment when the person says something back that is NOT harassment unless there is a line crossed with the above protected characteristics. We aren’t going to give out punishments just because you can’t handle the heat, but we will act appropriately when we see fit.
⁃ No calling anyone whore/treesh/slut/etc in a derogatory manner
⁃ No non-consensual sexual rp, including doing pushups on people you have hostage
⁃ No sexual harassment
⁃ Do not bait any form of harassment or hate speech
⁃ Do not continually follow or stalk someone around the city
⁃ No telling anyone to strip at gunpoint or any weapon without prior consent
⁃ No commenting on a female ped's voice, especially with the context of how deep it is or any allusions or questions to that person’s gender identity being anything other than female.
⁃ Do not leak information of another person
⁃ Any threats made to the community or a person will be taken very seriously. This includes but is not limited to DMing someone to threaten, harass, or bully them.
⁃ Do not attempt to intimidate players from playing on the server or continuously harass them in-game for out of character reasons.
⁃ If someone feels you are harassing them and asks you to stop but you continue you will get coms or a flight out the city depending on the severity
⁃ If you have been told by staff to avoid a certain person for some time to minimize reports and conflict, you must follow those orders or it can result in a permanent ban.
CALLING ADMIN
Admin can only be called once a scene is completely finished. The only exception to this is harassment situations where someone feels genuinely uncomfortable and needs the situation to stop immediately. If you are reporting for harassment please make sure that is stated as the reason as an admin will not teleport mid scene otherwise. When you need to report something in game make sure you have a VALID clip and it's posted then do /calladmin in game to call an admin. Please only report once and be patient waiting for the admin to come. Treat the admin that takes your sit with respect and provide anything that is asked of youVALID CLIPS MUST
⁃ Be at least three minutes longDURING A SIT
⁃ Include audio from both sides
⁃ Show enough evidence from the POV for action to be taken
If there is a large group of people make sure you don't talk over each other, one person should speak at a time. If a sit is chaotic and people are yelling and talking over the admin, the admin who takes the sit has a right to mute, freeze or kill anyone at the sit to take control. Killing or initiating during a sit is against the rules and will be punished heavily. It is not your decision to decide what happens in a sit, Staff are in charge of the punishments. Debating and going back and forth with staff members can and will be shut down. Requests for higher ups should be handled in tickets only and not in game, you must accept the outcome in game and then appeal via a ticket after the sit is over.
NOTE
⁃ An admin sit is out of RP; you are not allowed to interfere with an admin sit. You will be kicked or given coms if you do not leave an admin zone when told.
⁃ Do not call admin for a skin menu unless you just made your character or if there's a problem. There are clothing stores and hair salons.
⁃ You must comply IMMEDIATELY if asked for a PC check by Staff. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in a blacklist from the city.
HOSTILE INTERACTION
Interactions require a full minute of adequate and relevant in person roleplay in order to become hostile. This minute must have escalating tension or sufficient reasoning in order to become hostile, you may not turn a situation hostile after a minute of friendly rp without a sufficient backdoor rp backstory. The only exception to this minute of interaction is if there is a significant hostile storyline/backstory before commiting crimes against another player. Only prior 48 hours is considered as a backstory and you must mention the previous backstory both verbally and in person before engaging in any violence. You may not kill or rob anyone you are meeting for the first time except if you are being antagonized by the person and have over a minute of interaction.
FEAR & COMPLIANCE
You must comply and fear for your life if you are alone against 3 or more people. You can counterattack any group if you have 2 of more people.
Kidnapping
A person's hands must be up in order to take them hostage for a kidnapping. A person does not have to put their hands up without their life at risk and that can only happen after a minute proper rp interaction, regardless of how many people there are. You may not kidnap a friend or have a fake hostage, all hostages must be legitimate. Police officers may not be kidnapped without valid rp
INJURIES & EMS
Any and all injuries should be roleplayed out to the fullest extent. You should not be non chalant about getting hit by a bat or getting hit by a car, turn everything into a chance to rp and seek out medical assistance. You should also be roleplaying out any illnesses you contract to the full extent. EMS will use their medical database to record your characters medical history and may request follow up visits regarding your care. They may also report suspicious history in your medical records to police.
EMS should not (in most cases) treat injuries on the street or anywhere in public. You will need to be taken to the hospital and rp being treated to the full extent that EMS deems necessary. Any rushing of EMS or toxicity towards EMS due to how long that process may take is stricty forbidden.
If you are sedated by EMS and leave to avoid the rp scene, it will fall under FailRP.
You may not kill for fun and then ask to be revived by EMS or the goverment, as stated previously you MUST value your life at all times and EMS can lose their jobs for reviving or healing you if you died from anything other than an active RP scene.
TWO STAGE DEATH
JUICY RP has a two stage death system. Once you are first downed you will be able to crawl and are considered to be dying at this stage. The second stage is called "flat back" where you are considered fully dead.
EMS can only pick you back up while you are still crawling. Once your character is "flat back" they are fully dead and can not be treated by EMS.
You can also not use the EMS check in circle at pillbox while flat backed and use of this when there are not EMS on will result in a fail rp punishment
The only way you can be revived when you are flat back is to be taken to the doctor in Hawaii.
Stealing bodies out of hospital to prevent them from getting revived by EMS is against the rules. Once they hit the greenzone radius that person is safe.
CRIMES AGAINST EMS
Any crimes against EMS will be punished as they are walking greenzones.
‣ This includes killing, robbing, kidnapping, stealing their vehicles.Alternatively EMS should not approach active shooting scenes or any scenes deemed dangerous when gangs are involved. EMS needs to remain a safe distance away. Approaching a body when people have guns out is not allowed. .
Forcing substances on EMS on duty will result in government involvement because they are not to have any drugs on their person and need to be sober on duty.
EMS are there to help you and should be treated with respect at all times.
LSPD
THIS SECTION WILL LIKELY CHANGE SOON SO BE MINDFUL OF THAT. This guide is to help better the understanding of the inner workings of LSPD as it affects the city. Please direct any questions about this guide to any LSPD Officer.
Basics
⁃ If you do not have a lawyer's ID and are claiming to be a lawyer you will be arrested for impersonation. If you are a lawyer and aren’t dressed professionally you will not be allowed in the building. If your lawyer is carrying anything illegal they will be arrested.
⁃ No respawning in an active scene involving pd they will tell you when you're good to see the light.
⁃ Officers are required to fear for their lives when outnumbered more than 3 per 1 cop
⁃ Corrupt cop rp is NOT allowed in Juicy RP
Shooting LSPD
There are three situations in which you are allowed to shoot at a police officer. They are:
⁃ If you initiate on a police officerDeadly Force
⁃ If you or your gang member is tased by a police officer
⁃ If you or your gang is shot at by a police officer.
Police can use deadly force rather than a taser under the following circumstances
⁃ If they announce they are breaching during a robberyINITIATION
⁃ They pull up to an existing shootout
⁃ During gang wars
⁃ A gun is aimed at a police officer
⁃ If guns are pulled out during a standard interaction with pd
⁃ If you are attempting to harm another person regardless of gang affiliation
⁃ If there is a SWAT sniper and PD higher ups approve taking a shot in a hostage situation
You must have a valid, thought-out reason to initiate a shoot-out with police. Shooting officers should not be your only way of escaping and you should try everything you can to escape and ONLY use shooting as a last resort after 15 minutes if you still can’t get away. Initiation between pd and gangs/civilians counts for everyone involved in the scene where initiation happens.
Example: What this means is if Mean Girls initiates on police officers in Legion Square, a mean girl can not shoot at a cop up on vinewood and vice versa, but those two can join the scene to interact with the initiation within the two minutes time.The following actions are part of LSPD's approved tactics and are excluded from initiation rules: Cuffing, Tackling, Police aiming a gun, P.I.T manuevers, Grappling
Reasonable Suspicion
If an officer has reasonable suspicion in a situation, they may frisk or detain a suspect briefly with consent under the following circumstances after receiving any type of crime alert in an area:
⁃ Wearing a maskProbable Cause
⁃ Wearing gloves when it’s not snowing (does not include fingerless)
⁃ Wearing gang clothing in all alerts other than shots fired
⁃ Speeding away from the area
⁃ Loitering in known high crime areas
Probable cause means that a reasonable person would believe that a crime was in the process of being committed, had been committed, or was going to be committed. Probable cause is enough for a search or arrest.

⁃ Wearing gang clothing in a shots fired call
Upon search police can seize the following items if found on your inventory and do not have to give them back to you upon your release.
⁃ DrugsImpounding cars
⁃ Black market weapons
⁃ Combat pistols (if used illegally or without a weapons license)
⁃ Robbery supplies and rewards
⁃ Black money
⁃ Radios
⁃ Drivers License if your end up in a police chase or driving recklessly
⁃ Any illegal items
Police can impound your car if it's used in a crime scene, illegally parked, in possession of a driver with no license. Please check Postal 9148 before contacting the Police or coming to the police station. If LSPD is unavailable then you'll have to WAIT to get your car back.
Licenses
These are the items that can be obtained from the front desk of the police department and should be carried by civilians at all times. There are repurcussions for not having these items on your person. These items include:
⁃ Driver's license
⁃ Weapons License for combat pistols
⁃ Medical card for white widow weed
Criminal Activities
Criminal activities are limited to 6 players max at a time You are allowed to hang out in groups larger than 6, however any shootout, criminal activity, or car chases if you have more than 6 the excess players must completely exit the scene and the area. The only exception to this is planned scenes. Players engaged in crime RP should exercise reasonable fear of police, and jail time/fines are not to be treated lightly. Chain robberies on your character, unless perfectly roleplayed, will be considered unrealistic and poor portrayal of a character. Resorting to violence frequently and repetitively is not permitted. Use location changes, intellectual changes & build the scene. You may only do up to one robbery per hour. Relaying information to or between characters (lookouts, radio communications) counts you as part of that scenario. You must wait at least 2 minutes for the cops to arrive after any robbery (except for individual) so that there is a chance of role-play
INDIVIDUAL
⁃ You must have a valid reasoning behind robbing another individualSTORES & BANKS
⁃ You are only able to rob items that are on that character's person at the time of a robbery
⁃ You are only allowed to take money, any weapons, and any ILLEGAL items.
⁃ Only the person who killed the other person can rob the dead body and if someone's hands are up only one person can steal from them.
⁃ When breaking into and stealing from a trunk all items found there can be stolen
⁃ Players may not rob items from LSPD, Except in the case of evidence in a car aka illegal items taken OFF civs
⁃ Groups should not split up for house robberies in order to spread police out so they can succeed
⁃ There is no scam limit, but players may not scam for vehicles or properties.
⁃ Must be two cops onlineBIG BANK
⁃ No outside shooters allowed⁃ One hostage allowed
⁃ Must be five cops onlineHOSTAGES
⁃ Only two outside shooters allowed
⁃ You must announce you have an outside shooter (and how many) to police
⁃ You may have two hostages, but you have to choose between outside shooters and hostages
⁃ No fake hostages
⁃ You cannot kill a compliant hostage
⁃ You may keep a hostage for a maximum of 20 minutes, unless the hostage consents to longer
⁃ There must be five cops online in order to take a hostage
⁃ Hostages must fear for their life
⁃ People must fear for a hostages life
⁃ Proof of life must be shown for hostage
⁃ LSPD can only give out 1 demand for a hostage and include the following:‣ Delay Pit timer by 30s
‣ Delay Air 1 for 15s
‣ Get something from their car
‣ No spike strips
‣ No road blockades
‣ EMS to heal at scene
‣ Free passage
BREAKING SOMEONE OUT
A group may try to intercept someone in custody while enroute to MRPD only once every 48 hours. After the group has attempted to intervene, no matter the outcome, they must wait 48 hours to intercept another transport. This timer does not count toward transportation from MRPD to Prison. Once a character is in police custody and they are being transported to the prison, a group of four people max is allowed to attempt to intervene. There must be a fully thought out plan for this. Attempting to do this interception with small weapons or an unthought out plan will fall under NVL.
DRUG LOCATIONS
⁃ Gangs/Crews can only tax ONE location at a time
⁃ You are not allowed to press someone inside a drug location
⁃ There must be at least two or more members of a crew/gang present to tax a drug location
⁃ The maximum you are allowed to tax for is $5,000
⁃ You may not kill someone for not paying taxes, you must give them a chance to leave first.
⁃ You must reinitiate after entering/leaving a drug location.
⁃ You can not wait outside the drug location for your enemy to come out
GANG RULES
All gangs must have a backstory and need to apply to be whitelisted prior to the purchase of a gang package. Your gang backstory and motivations should affect your actions and choices daily during rp.
ROSTER
⁃Gangs must have a permanent roster on the discord. No one should put on the clothes or be added to the gang menu without being added to the discord roster. This roster should only be changed occasionally based on need, it should not be changing daily. Any situations where someone is breaking this rule will result in a gang strike
⁃ Gangs/Crews can only tax ONE location at a time
⁃ You are not allowed to press someone inside a drug location
⁃ There must be at least two or more members of a crew/gang present to tax a drug location
⁃ The maximum you are allowed to tax for is $5,000

GANG ACTIVITY
⁃ Gangs are expected to participate in sufficient RP and should only engage in hostile activities when it makes sense as part of the storyline. Attempting to constantly turn every situation into a hostile situation may result in a gang strike
⁃ Gangs must be wearing gang clothing to take part in gang activity. This includes selling drugs, shooting with your gang, kidnapping, robbing using the gang menu and anything else that affects loyalty.
⁃ You can only wear a gang chain if you have the chain item in your inventory.
⁃ Gangs are not allowed to shoot a body after it has been killed. This is a territory exploit that will result in your territory wipe.
⁃ Gangs should not be repeatedly targeting a group or player over and over, there needs to be reasonable options for an out and settling hostilities from both sides
⁃ A gang may only re-attack the rival gang after the rival gang retaliates, provokes another attack, or 6 hours have passed since the most recent attack from either gang. The 6 hour timer continues through server restart
⁃ Big gangs may not bully new players or new forming gangs
Alliances
⁃ Alliances between two gangs are allowed, but please be aware that the count for criminal activities also applied to allied gangs
Strikes
Gang strikes are a team higher up decision based on large scale and repeated offenses of known rules. Community members are not part of this decision process and can not push for gang strikes and therefore should not ask about gang strikes. Gang strikes will be discussed privately with the leaders of the gang in a ticket and they will not be publicly disclosed, unless we feel something needs to be addressed. For example, if the community at large is reporting toxicity, the community needs to know the situation has been handled properly.
Ownership
⁃ Selling a whitelisted gang will result in a permanent ban
⁃ Ownership of an active gang is only allowed if the gang is active and the new owner must be a current active member of the game
‣ Transferring ownership of a whitelisted gang must be clarified in a ticket
GANG BLOCKS & SLIDERS
BASIC BLOCK RULES
⁃Anyone entering a gang block assumes the risk to their life
⁃If you hold E on a gang block you must stay north of Olympic Freeway for 15 minutes
⁃EMS can not enter gang blocks at all, any dead bodies must be run out of the block to them in order to be revived
⁃PD being active on gang blocks assumes risk to their life, they must be on the block to enter an active gang fight
⁃Rival gangs can not own a house on each other's block. Civilians must sell their house on a block if they join a rival gang.

SLIDING RULES
⁃Only one slider car per gang may be out at a time
⁃In order to slide a block there must be an interaction between the gangs with escalating tension. This lasts restart to restart, after a restart there must be a new interaction for sliding to occur.
⁃Those spinning may only get out of the car if the driver is killed
⁃If the people in the spinning car gets killed they can be robbed
⁃The people on the block can not be robbed during a block spin
⁃After a spin you must return to your block and chill there for 15 minutes
INITIATING A SLIDE
A gang slide may only happen after proper hostile interaction and rp
1)Express in some way that you plan to slide a block, whether verbally or through twitter
‣ With this method you can only pull the slider out AFTER the threat is made2)Spin through the block once to scope out without shooting
‣ You must spin within ten minutes of the announced intention
‣You must spin back within two minutes of the scope.
PROHIBITED MODIFICATIONS
The following game modifications are not allowed in JUICY RP
‣ Bullet tracers
‣ Blood particle effects to make them more visible (confetti, etc)
‣ Macros or scripts to automate functions in a manner which gives an unfair advantage over other players
‣ Cheat menus of any kind
‣ Any graphic pack that removes props or window tint
‣ RPF files to modify gun damage
