ESSENTIAL

We are so excited to have you on board as part of our JUICY RP staff team. Please familiarize yourself with all of the rules so you too can follow them and be a model of appropriate behavior within the community.

1) Follow all server rules. Failing to respect the rules will result in a strike. There is a 2 strike policy. After two strikes your next offense will mean your removal from staff.
2) Be respectful to every staff member. We are a team and arguing publicly in any of the discord channels or while wearing staff clothing in game is NOT allowed.
3) Be respectful to every person in the server when on staff duties and wearing staff clothing
4) Do NOT be biased towards any person in the server.
5) Do NOT take your own sits unless you are the only staff member online. You must clip this sit if you must take it and post in sit clips
6) If someone asks for another admin, you must respect their wish and bring them another admin to take their sit.
7) Do NOT take someone’s sit if they are in the same gang as you or if they are your boyfriend/girlfriend and do not take sits where that person is being reported either. You must clip this sit if you must take it and post in sit clips
8) Wear at least one piece of staff clothing when taking sits
9) If you are absent for any reason for more than TWO DAYS, update us in #staff-loa. If you are inactive, do not be surprised if you get demoted/lose your staff.
10) Do NOT ask for promotions.
11) Do NOT teleport, heal or revive outside of sits. Even as staff you must rp when not actively doing staff duties.
12) Do NOT abuse your powers in a way that will affect the experience of the community. This includes giving money, reviving outside of valid sits, etc.
13) Do NOT remove comserv that you did not give yourself unless you are a higher up
14) Do NOT spectate unless necessary and only punish off spectate when the violation is clear cut such as modder or hard r.


STAFF LEVELS

ALL LEVELS ABOVE SUPPORT are responsible for taking sits. There is no promotion level where you are excused from taking sits and every single member of staff is expected to watch reports and take sits while on the server. You are also expected to answer the tickets tagged to you in a timely manner. All members of staff should also help ranks lower than them and assist in finding modders when necessary as well as handling appropriate wipes. Here are the major differences that get updated with each new role:
SUPPORT Answer support tickets and help out members in the discord server.

TRIAL MOD Begin taking sits in game after training, staff logs, #staff-chat, kick, bring, goto, teleport, revive, carwipe, clear chat, spectate

MOD /revive perms, ban, dv, slap, tpm, announce, comserv, freeze, /skin, announce

SENIOR MOD Donation tickets, kick/ban in the discord

HEAD MOD manage/give roles in the discord

ADMIN Unbans, vehicle spawn, set jobs, open inventory, end comserv, ped wipes, prop wipes

SENIOR ADMIN announcements in cord, weather permissions

HEAD ADMIN & ABOVE Help manage the server and staff team, no clip perms, set money, give car, clear inventory, unable to be spectated, able to tp to higher ups


SUPPORT TICKETS

Support tickets are located at the top of the channels list under ‘Open Support Tickets’.

When someone creates a ticket, tag them, greet them, and ask how you can help/assist them. Ex: @Anthony Hey, how can we help you? Once someone types in a ticket it is their ticket to handle until someone else is tagged. Do not step in unless the person who claimed the ticket is afk in it.

BAN APPEALS

1. Ask them for a screenshot/image of their ban message. We can't do anything without a screenshot. Click the following links to see what each ban message looks like: ( easy admin - anticheat 1 - anticheat 1 )

2. The next step depends on the type of ban it is:

easy admin or tx easy admin and tx bans will list a reason the person is banned as well as list the staff member who banned them. if the reason is ACCOUNT REVIEW please check the section for that and ignore the rest of this. For any other reason tag the staff member that banned them, making sure the check for a tmod -(name) in the ban message before tagging the mod. if it is a tmod ban you will tag the tmod listed. Rename the ticket using $rename (STAFF NAME) ban

/bans these bans will not show a reason or a staff member. you must look through #ban-logs and find who banned that person and then tag the person that banned them.

AC bans For an anticheat bans you must ask them if they have a clip of what they were doing when they got banned. If they do not ask them to explain what they were doing at the time when they got banned in as much detail as possible. Once you have all that information type out their ban id manually in the ticket and tag @acban

3. Tell them to wait patiently for a staff member to respond and remind them nicely to not tag staff if they do. AC bans can take while because there's such a small amount of people that can do these unbans.

ACCOUNT REVIEW

If someone was banned for ‘Account Review’, tag the Account Reviewer role. Rename the ticket using $rename account review. Check the calls to see if anyone with the account review role is online to ask if they can pc check and also ask in support chat or staff chat if you have to. PC checked need to be done pretty quickly after the ban so make sure these tickets are expedited and dm if you have to as it should be handled ASAP.

DONATIONS

Ask for proof of their donation with a screenshot. If it is tebex, verify the purchase in tebex logs. If it is a cashapp then tag Liv and wait for confirmation. If you are able to handle giving out the donation ticket items and confirm that everything was given, otherwise tag someone who is able to. $rename with whatever type of donation it is.

GODDESS ROLE

Say something along the lines of "Please hang tight someone with the @Goddess Verifier role will be with you soon."

GODDESS VERIFY STEPS
Goddess verifiers should check profile to see if there are any social media profiles or a twitch linked to confirm FIRST. You can also check mutual servers to see if they have the goddess role in another city.
If you can not confirm gender through their linked profiles or shared servers ask the person to join call to verify. Please be mindful when it comes to voice calls as we also allow both cisgender and transgender females to have the goddess role. It is not always easy to tell if it's just someone trolling and ask for another opinion if you are unsure, just try to have a conversation with them to get a sense as best you can.
After you confirm it's a female you will go over what having the role includes and tell them how to turn off /erp and /love requests.
Tell them the role will be given to them soon and tag @headmod or above in support chat asking them to give them the goddess role and close the ticket.

CAR PROBLEMS

Have them send a clip of what's happening with the car and rename the ticket by doing $rename car problem then make sure you ping @jod as he is our car dev and he needs to see what is going on.

PARTNERSHIP

If anyone opens a ticket asking to partnership please have them submit the following things.
Examples of their work or what they offer
A link to their discord if applicable.
Details on how Juicy would benefit from partnering with them?
Only ping higher ups once they have submitted and answered everything as required and ask them to wait patiently for a response.

CONTENT CREATOR

In order to receive the content creator role we need them to provide details about their viewer count and a screenshot of their vods showing that they have streamed Juicy consistently. You can use THIS IMAGE to send them as an example of what we need to see. If they don't have proof of streaming Juicy ask them to open up a ticket once they do. If they provide everything we need then tag the higher ups role.

CUSTOM CLOTHES

Make sure the clothing is done by the APPROVED designers. Tell them to send all clothing files in one organized compressed file and tag Liv. Rename ticket using $rename clothing add

CONNECTION ISSUES

Send the message below immediately to any sort of connection issues. It is formatted perfectly, just remove the embeds after it posts so it looks neater in the report.


IN GAME COMMANDS

We ask that you use these text commands over using the options in the easy admin menu so not to spam logs.
/goto: go to specific person
/bring: bring specific person
/revive: revive specific person (Mods and above have access)
/kill: kill specific person
/staff: for staff to communicate with members in game chat
/staffchat: opens the staff chat on the bottom right
/skin #: give skin menu to another


ADMIN SITS

First thing that must be done for a sit is REACT to the sit using your staff emoji. As soon as you teleport to the sit use /setzone immediately to create an admin greenzone. From there you must ask the person if they have a clip. If they have a clip but it is not posted yet, remind them nicely to only use /calladmin AFTER the clip is posted as calling before wastes valuable staff time that we could use taking other sits. If there are a lot of people in the sit we recommend moving the reporter away and only speak with those reporting. Review the clip and make sure that it has working audio and it is at least two minutes long. No audio falls under no clip no sit and the only time clips are allowed to be less than a minute is if it's a clear cut violation and not an rp scene sit. After watching the clip take appropriate action depending on the offense, ask for help if you are unsure after watching the clip. You are in charge of the sit DO NOT LET ANYONE DICTATE HOW YOUR SIT RUNS. Once they call admin the final result is up to you.

WARN: IF it is a harassment sit, check the tx history of the player to see if they have been warned previously and if they have not been warned and you think they can be educated and do better then warn them and put a warning on them with detail using /tx.

TELEPORTING: You can only teleport for a sit. FOR EXAMPLE: If STAFF 1 is with STAFF 2 in an rp situation and STAFF 1 leaves to go to a sit STAFF 1 can teleport back to STAFF 2 once the sit is completely handled and over. STAFF 1 can not teleport to another person other than who they were with after the sit is over, they must tp back to where they were. A staff member is not allowed to teleport to any member or staff member outside of official duties. They must use phone communications to find where they are and get there by foot or car.

PUNISHMENTS: The punishment list is definitely SUBJECTIVE and offenses can be increased if this is a repeat offense for someone who has already been warned or if there is a combination of multiple types of offenses. Also consider kicking/comserv over ban if it's a new player who clearly isn't familiar with the rules and seems genuinely sorry. You can also utitlize warn in tx. If you ban for a t mod, make sure you state their name in the ban message. YOU MUST BAN THROUGH EASYADMIN DO NOT USE /BAN

TMOD BACKPACKING: If you are taking sits you SHOULD be actively trying to get a tmod backpack with you. If we notice you are taking sits without tmods and they are sitting around at spawn you will receive a warning and a possible strike. You must stay with your tmod and not leave them alone. New tmods should only observe, but the more time they are in training the more you should let them take the reigns and just oversee how they do. Use each sit and scenario as teaching moments and ask them after the sit if they have any questions. If a sit pops up where it is your gang or someone you can't take the sit off you can oversee and let the tmod make the decision if there are no other mods to take that sit. Use the vouch channel to tell us how the tmods are doing regularly.

ADMIN MENU

Hit /easyadmin to access your admin menu. Click Player Management to access the player list.

The player admin menu consists of: Kick Player, Ban Player, Spectate Player, Revive, Force Skin, Send Message, Heal Player, Teleport to Player, Teleport Player to Me, Slap Player, Set Player Frozen, Take Screenshot, Warn Player. The Server Management admin menu consists of Repair Vehicle, Teleport to Legion Garage, View Banlist, Cleanup Area, and Clear Chat. The Settings admin menu allows you to refresh banlist, cached players and permissions as well as adjust your menu location.

Admin Menu Tips & Rules
Give new players skin menus with ‘Force Skin’.
If you need to teleport a player use text commands rather than the menu.
If someone is glitched and cannot respawn, revive them and then use ‘Slap Player’.
If someone keeps running away during an admin sit, use ‘Set Player Frozen’.
If someone is frozen, use ‘Set Player Frozen’ to unfreeze them.
If there is a modder in the game, join staff call and work together to find the modder via spectate
DO NOT teleport players to admin without asking the admin first if it's alright
DO NOT teleport admin to yourself before checking first as they may be in the middle of something important
DO NOT teleport to higher ups at all without asking first

OFFLINE BANS: Go through Cached Players. If you cannot find someone in Cached Players, click Settings and Refresh Cached Players. Close the menu completely then reopen the menu and check Cached Players.
